Rongjin Hu

Founder and Director

Rongjin Hu defines herself as a changemaker who wants to promote the importance of sustainability. She wishes to inspire more youths from all over the world to contribute to expanding access to education and improving human rights. To these ends, she founded HOS and is dedicated to developing SDG-oriented courses.

Rongjin Hu defines herself as a changemaker who wants to promote the importance of sustainability through SDG-oriented courses and media pushes. She wishes to inspire more people of all the ages from all over the world to contribute to protecting environment and improving human rights. To these ends, she founded HOS, built organizational systems and rules, and worked with department heads to develop various projects.

For the new media department, she proposed the idea of Impact Interview, and reached out to every interviewees to share their experiences as working for all young people, popularizing sdg, understanding how young people can contribute to social impact and sustainability, and encouraging more people to work with a social mission.

For the education sector, she proposes curriculum design concepts that combine English and sustainability concepts, and connects schools that are willing to accept the curriculum.

She reached out to multiple organizations to get HOS a total of 9,000+ exposures on social media, established long-term partnerships with China's Match Public Welfare and Canada's CEYES Public Welfare Fund, received financial support from Tsinghua University's School of Environment and Beijing Foreign Studies University, and led her team to win first place in Tsinghua's 5th MCCOP.
