A Bit About Us

We are Hands Of Service,

A platform set up by youths across the world, who are concerned about the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), aimed to empower and popularize SDGs through education. We, with the power of youth,  want to increase the awareness and push implementation of SDGs in China. 

We believe that volunteer teaching trips to Chinese rural schools that only last for a short period of time are not the best way to help the students, but to provide sustainable and long-term courses designed based on local curriculum. Hands Of Service raises awareness to sustainable development goals mainly through online classes and media content.

Our team members are from Tsinghua University, University of Hong Kong, University of Edinburgh, University of Southern California, University of British Columbia, etc. They have passion and relevant experience for education and sustainable development goals . With the support from various organizations including 火柴公益 (huochaibox) fund, Hands of Service hopes to influence more youths to join the tide of promoting sustainable development, and together change the direction of the tide.
